Terms & Conditions:

In order to hold your reservation we do require a credit card number. We will not process the card until your stay or you may also choose to pay in another form upon check-in. Guests acknowledge, understand, and agree that when they supply Sunset View Resort & Tavern with their credit card information, Sunset View Resort & Tavern is authorized to charge credit card for the rental amount agreed upon if payment has not been made in another form prior to check-out, including any extra cleaning fees or damages/missing property.


There shall be one point of contact per group. That guest should provide a complete guest list prior to check-in date, along with a list of all vehicles that may stay on the property for any length of time, including owner name, year, make, & model. If you are found exceeding the maximum occupancy of your cabin (listed above) you will be charged a minimum of $200 per cabin and it will be considered a breach of contract that may result in eviction with no refund.

Please leave your cabin as you found it. Do not leave items such as paper or plastic products, food, ice, etc.  Please empty all of your trash (outdoors, as well). There are trash & recycle dumpsters inside the fenced-in area, next to the garage. Additonal cleaning fees will apply if items are left.

Fees will apply for any broken or missing items.

Pet Friendly Policies:

A $50 fee per week, per animal will be applied. Pets are NOT permitted on furniture. Pets must be fully trained, properly restrained by guest, remain on a leash at all times when outdoors (dogs are NOT permitted inside tavern), and not left unattended. Any disturbances, such as barking, must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on resort property, as well as in the neighborhood. Designated waste removal area on property is marked. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if pet policies are not followed.


Cancellation Policies:

If you need to cancel for any reason inside of 7 days (weather, health-related, and family emergencies included), you are responsible for the amount of the entire stay unless we are able to replace the reservation with another booking at the same rate. If you need to cancel for any reason inside of 30 days, there is a $100 per cabin service fee/non-refundable deposit that will be charged to your card. There is no penalty for cancellations made at least 30 days in advance although, with all cancellations, you may risk forfeiting you annual reservation, if applicable. 

Weapons or fireworks are NOT permitted on resort property and if found will be charged a minimum of $100 per cabin, plus full cabin rental amount and may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
